Residential apartment is a room equipped and used for permanent residence, separated from other adjacent rooms by walls without openings or blank partitions. It must be equipped with separate rooms for kitchen, restroom, bathroom, as well as have an independent exit to the stairwell, common lobby or directly to the street.
