Elementary aggregate
Elementary aggregate is the lowest level of groups of goods or services for which expenditure weights are assigned and held constant for a period of one year or more.
An elementary aggregate should consist of relatively homogeneous set of goods or services, with similar end-uses and similar expected price movements.
